Merzouga Activities (S.A.R.L.) A.U. is a licensed Moroccan tour operator registered under R.C: 10665/2014, I.F: 15209346, Patente: 19395617, CNSS: 4260189. Our registered office is located in Merzouga, Drâa-Tafilalet, Morocco.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your reservation, we require the following:
Your booking is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. Prices quoted are in Euros (€) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are valid for the dates specified.

The remaining balance must be paid before or at the beginning of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer unless stated otherwise.

In the rare event that Merzouga Activities must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
If you wish to modify your booking (dates, number of travelers, itinerary changes), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.
Requests for modifications made less than 7 days before departure may not be possible and could be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and baggage loss. Merzouga Activities is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

Our guides reserve the right to exclude any participant from an activity if they believe the participant's health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess a valid passport, visa (if required), and any other necessary travel documents for entry into Morocco. Merzouga Activities cannot be held liable for any refusal of entry or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
We recommend traveling light. On camel treks, each participant is typically limited to one small backpack or overnight bag. Large suitcases can usually be left securely at our office or your hotel in Merzouga.
Merzouga Activities is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour unless caused by our proven negligence.
We expect all our guests to behave respectfully towards local communities, fellow travelers, and our team. This includes:
We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a participant's behavior is deemed unacceptable or violates Moroccan law.
Merzouga Activities shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, strikes, or government restrictions.
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a partial refund where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Merzouga Activities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific tour or service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Merzouga Activities or our content partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Errachidia, Morocco.
