The simplest way to get into the dunes. Ride through Erg Chebbi around sunset, stop to watch the color change across the sand and continue to your camp. You can do a sunset ride only, or stay one, two or three nights in the desert.
If you want to cover more ground, a quad bike is the way to do it. Ride the sandy tracks around Erg Chebbi, climb the dunes and stop at viewpoints along the way. We run these for beginners as well as experienced riders.
Walk up a dune, strap on a board and slide down. You do not need previous experience, and it is easy to combine with a camel trek or 4x4 excursion.
