This 2 Nights Camel Trek in Erg Chebbi in the Merzouga desert will take you to see a nomad family in the Erg-Chebbi dunes and spend two nights in the Sahara desert. Our camel trek tours offer two options: a luxurious and simple desert camp with excellent cuisine and a traditional nomadic bivouac where you can sleep in the desert under a stunning starry sky.
This camel ride will start in the afternoon and the camel guide will take you to our camp which is in the middle of Er Chebbi sand dunes when you get to the camp you will first get your private Tents then you will climb the highest dune to enjoy the sunset, take photos... head back to the camp, you will have dinner. After a wonderful dinner, we will build a campfire. Then, we will play drums and sing the local Berber traditional songs. Overnight stay at the luxury desert camp.
After breakfast, we will have about 1 hour to reach a small oasis with some trees. There, we will have lunch and spend the day. We'll climb the high dune to sandboard and watch the sunset over Erg Chebbi. After sunset, we return to our camp for our second night. Enjoy a delicious dinner and music while you watch the stars.
In the morning, you will be woken up to see the sunrise with its many different colors in the dunes! Then, you will have breakfast at the camp and head back to the hotel, where this camel ride experience ends.
